WHAT ARE CONSIDERED ELIGIBLE RETURNS?
All items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging to be considered for return or exchange. 
Any items worn, damaged, or not in the original packaging will be denied return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are at buyers expense. 
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. Processing time may depend on your bank.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Returns & Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from the date delivered to the customer. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and received in the original condition/packaging including the original packing slip.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PROCESS?
Need a new size or color? If you need the new item(s) immediately, place a new order online or visit our Manhattan location. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, your original form of payment will be used for the remaining balance due.
NOTE: We are unable to process exchanges for PayPal orders unless they are even exchange amount.
PAYPAL RETURNS
When you use PayPal, we will refund you to your PayPal account. We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns.
NOTE: We are unable to process an exchange for international orders.
WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGE SHIP?
Your exchange order will be processed once your return has been returned
to Cellini Shoes and Bags -Return Dept.
Please note that we cannot guarantee inventory for exchange items until the corresponding return is sent back. If for any reason, the item you selected is not available, our customer support team can help you find a suitable replacement, or assist in a refund if within the 14-day policy (otherwise we will offer a credit in the full amount of purchase (not including shipping cost)).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN THE PROCESS OF RETURNING?
Cellini Shoes and Bags will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a returned package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please keep all tracking information for your records and contact the shipping company used for your return.
